Im in school and im curious while i have time to ask are they? And are there safespots for tortoises?(grammar)

Yes, I think the portals are F2P, and I would be surprised if there weren't any safespots for the Battle-Tortoises.

I see some portals on the map that are near f2p places like the lava maze. Im hopeful. This will make rune ores a little less rare since it tele's near that mine

Actually, it doesn't help with rune ore mining that much, since it randomly teleports from one portal to another.

there not i was on my pure and me and a freind decided to check it out so its p2p only

jagex did mention, nearly all updates are p2p, harldy f2p. :oops:

but then you can use the same portal to tele to another randome one, the only prob is that it might be a popular pker hangout.
