(well I think there was already news saying they would but =p) Maybe it wont shock people as much as the Fally redo. I was amazed at what fallador looked like the day I came back. Yes, i do agree he might be hinting at carpentry. Probably something like a help a citizen in varrock quest to introduce carpentry.
