ok no offense but its bad lol. doesn't look anything like a face, try getting a mirror, drawing your own face in detail and scan it in, then pixel over it. you will atleast come up with something that looks remotely like a person's head. his head is an oval, no-ones head looks like that.. you need to use more shading, and detail, and fix that moustache lol, it looks nothing like one. you could even type in face into google images and try and get it to look remotely like someone.
