You could try to make the distance a bit less, then a long distance (as shown on pic) like that, undo a few times, look at The Dark's sig, he done that too.

See, when used with another focus point you get a great sig, like here, Komodo used a fractal to cover up the white part left.

I used fractals and some grunge brushes in the clowds layer, in a orange color, than added Hue/Sat, Contrast and selective colors layer. I'm trying to make new ones. Dont like doing exactly the same as in the tut, its almost copy. I give some personal touches :P ^_^

I used brushes from http://www.deviantart.com. Just red, grays and whites. :D Oh, and then I layered it with a cloud texture to make it "grungey."

And about leaving it open, after a few users have tried this tutorial it will die again, and if it will be bumped again it can be locked.

Good tutorial for people new to photoshop.

 

 

 

This could also partially help in other sigs aswell if you know what you're doing.
