August 13, 200619 yr This suffers from the same problem of low memory as the new bank of runescape :) This comes mainly from the renaming, but the friendserver would need a huge upgrade to account for twice the number of friends, each with it's own integer tag (0-3 or 1-4), and an extra 4 strings for each player in the playerbase.

August 21, 200619 yr i guess this is to complex for jagexes simple yet effective ways, ide love to have just ranks for your friends like when im tired and doing agility i dont want to many people talking to me but ill always talk to a few of my best mates maybe 4 ranks that you can have the option to have freinds(1) on, so only your good mates see you online. August 23, 200619 yr Excellent idea! I totally support :D I think it would also be cool to add the feature of statuses. For example, if you had an option set to 'appear offline' you would still have private chat ON, but no-one would see you online apart from the people you are talking to. And if you were set to 'busy' people would understand not to bother you right now. I think it would have to appear when hovering over the persons name, otherwise there would be no space lol.

August 25, 200619 yr I think everyone agrees the chat system needs an overhaul, this is the best proposal IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve seen to that end. If you're sending names to ignore from your friends you should also add a second ignore list, let people rename the groups like on the friends. (I'd put something like temporary and permanent or mild and severe.) Also, you may want to add the option of moving friends to another group when right clicking...like from friends to clan.
