  1. Thanks to KO for the fight, was fun .
  2. Run into his yard, grab the ball and kick/throw it at his window. Then run with the ball to your yard. As payback, insert dog poop into brown paper bag, seal the bag, place bag on his front porch, light said bag on fire, and then ring his doorbell. Run to the nearest bush and hide behind it. This is best done during the evening.
  3. Hey dude, I am also going for 99 construction. I'm getting my money by first getting 99 fishing, though. Talk to me ingame sometime and good luck!
  4. So very true indeed, that's why I've been playing since 2004 and I still don't even have 100 combat, and I think my total level is still pretty low. Good article :D
  5. Pantim, both black d hide and Karils give the same range bonus. Karils is only better because ALL of the defensive bonuses are higher.
  6. Might work, but I doubt it. You see, since bots stay there 24/7 anyways, it's not like they'll get bored or discouraged. They'd still end up with a lot of runes in the end.
  7. Here's how everything works: -Normal macro cuts wood. (Around level 3) -Normal macro gives wood to "middle-man-macro." (Maybe level 3 or 4, but also around levels 20-30. Basiclly a "noob account") -Middle-man-macro gives money to a regular, everyday RuneScape player (OR illegal sells it). Now, the middle-man macro usually hangs out in world 2 and sells, let's say, a large amount amount of yew logs that he gets from the level 3 macro. To sell those logs, he/she uses an autotyper, in conjunction with an auto-trader. So you see, both types of macros are related. REPORT THEM ALL!
  8. I did not place my vote because what I'd do is not an option on the poll. I would sell the party hat, and buy a different one for lesser value (i.e. sell a red and buy a purple) so I still keep a party hat, but I have a fair amount of cash to spend on who knows what. So I guess I could be classified as the first option, but I thought it was different.
  9. Have fun getting those skills up :) When exactly is the party, and could I come?
  10. Good bank, gimme 10M pl0x? Lol, kidding...
  11. You could do this for training fletching as well...and you'd actually make money :) 12gp per willow log, 16gp for selling a longbow (u).
  12. Some suggestions already stated and my opinions on them: Forums: No, people would create accounts just to spam the forums and drown us P2Pers in the garbled, meaningless messages. They could give a certain section to F2Pers, but hey, there's always the Tip.It forums.. Capes of Achievment: I would have to say no on this one. Many of the cape givers are in members areas first of all (like ranging cape in ranging guild, etc.) Of course they could move them to different places but I don't think that would happen, there'd be confusion among people. And come on...the Mystic Robe seller looks awesome with that mage cape. Bank space: Sure, definitely, why not? I never understood why there was so little space. It really makes you mad when you're stuck with 6 items in your inventory and can't put them anywhere except the ground. Maybe increase it by 2-4 rows, even that would make a huge difference among F2Pers. Attack & Defence potions: Saw this one in some guy's post, and I was thinking, "Hmmm, why not? Strengths are ok, but with an attack and defence combo it would make F2P PKing more interesting." My ideas: Green dragons: I believe green dragons should be in the F2P wilderness for a few reasons... -Dragon bones which would be about...what? 5, 6 times faster than big bones? -Hides, I would make green dragonhide craftable by F2Pers as well. This could also be a source of materials for P2Pers, as well as the D bones. -PKing spot. Seriously...F2P PKing is VERY boring, it needs to be jazzed a bit with a new PKing spot, don't ya think? : Chaos runes: I also believe chaos runes should be craftable in F2P. Again, this would create another PK hotspot which is greatly needed in F2P. Also, the main way F2Pers train magic is with fire bolt, so this would be a cheaper, yet VERY longer way to obtain chaos runes (with all the going through the maze and stuff :uhh: ). By the way, I'm a P2Per
  13. Pretty good, a little more research would help though :)
  14. One of the best Times articles I've read in a good while. Nice job swampjedi, you gave us all something to think about :
  15. Do I need to do a quest to make cannon balls? Yes, Dwarf Cannon. Where do I buy a mould (e.g., a player/npc/shop)? Shop, you'll find out once you do the quest. What do cannon balls sell for? In world 2? I have no clue...
  16. Yeah, I've heard of only dragon battleaxes in this scam lately, so I think they still work. Not sure, though.
  17. Burthope or kill baby blue dragons, it's your choice.
  18. Well, what they do is in the wild they drop 4 noted items like dragon battle-axes, mystic tops, etc. and then naturally they assume you pick them up. You die, and keep 3-4 mystic tops (depending on if you have item prayer on or not).
  19. Yes it's a scam. But I believe it's against the rules to post scams on these forums, so send me a message in-game if you want and I'll tell you.
  20. I've never heard of SS until today, lol. Anyways, I wouldn't try it even if it was still legal. Too many risks of getting hacked via. Trojan Horses with keyloggers built within. Also, you may choose to use tabbed browsing that comes with Firefox or the newest version of Internet Explorer, too. Have one tab with the RuneScape playing screen, on with Tip.it's calculators, and another one with the RuneScape main page or Tip.it forums. "Oh noes, I have to TRY to get into world 2? AAAAH!" Now you feel the frustration of non-SSers. \ Just use the World Select button... -.- As for the irc channles, access them the normal way, I know it's a hassle... :-w ...but yeah, you just have to deal with it.
  21. A really good way to get 20 attack on a beggining character is to get level 13 magic. Then, once you've done that do the Vampire Slayer slayer quest. When it comes to fighting the vampire cast fire strike repetivley, eating when needed, and when you're done with the quest you will get X amount of experience making you go from 1 to 20 attack. I think it's a good idea!
  22. Hello, all! I am Kcross73, and I've been playing since November 2004 So a little over 2 years now. I could've gotten a yo-yo if i wasn't such a no-nothing noob at that time; I still have a rubber chicken, so back off! Recently I have been playing RuneScape on and off with use of TeamSpeak and a FPS combo (AA 2.7) but I still enjoy going on RuneScape and doing some things I enjoy like ice bursting in CastleWars or cooking lobsters on the Rouge's Den fire. My homeworld is 70 and I love to go F2P PKing (I am a member). I also like cooking, magic, and I enjoy training combat on various monsters. Some people would say I'm "rich" but not really, I generally have about 2M cash in my bank along with other things (like raw lobsters, ehem). If you would like to be my friend, I have no problem with that...as long as you don't constantly bug me for help or beg me for free stuff. Merry holidays to you all! ~Kevin
