I'm thinking he's right, two "monsters" hit you.

 

So the damage meter is for the monster underneath the dwarf.

besides zombies and shades and spirits of sorts of course.

yea, hes right. You can only kill zombies, shades, tree sprites and so on. You cant kill dworfs, you can only talk to them

I remember back in the early days of RS2 I defeated a Drunken Dwarf with a few Ring of Recoils, but I am pretty sure Jagex made it so that it is no longer possible (could be wrong though). It didn't drop anything though, if you were wondering.

he is killing dragonnought

actually theres one under the dwarf and one thats next to his shield, cuz u can see 2 yellow dots next to him on the mini-map. u can sorta see its legs

Most obvious is that he has two zeros on him which means he was attacked by two creatures.

How can drunken dwarf be owned? I don't think so there's an option shows 'Attack drunken dwarf'?
