Unitedite
Can anyone give me a quick rundown of the deal with cutting Mahogany/Teak on Karamaja? How many trading sticks do you need to enter? How practical is banking? In a little hilltop village they gambled for my clothesI bargained for salvation and they gave me a lethal doseI offered up my innocence, I got repaid with scorn"Come in'', she said, "I'll give you shelter from the storm"

Umega
Banking isn't good, either go to shilo bank or ardounge bank via boat ride. :| No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
Christalline
Can always go to lava caves as well, but I would say Shilo is best for that.
Fire_God
Sorry, dont mean to hijack but this is along the same lines, do you need to pay 100 sticks to enter everytime or just the first? Trying is just the first step in failure.
Fire_God
I hate to do this but..... bump I really want to know and dont want to clog the forums with another topic Trying is just the first step in failure.
Sweetncold22
You need 100 sticks ever time.... Also, why do you want to bank the logs? Just take a tinderbox and up both your firemaking and wc lvl. (Other then being good exp. I don't think there is a use for the logs at this time, so just _fire_ away.) Ciao
Mat
Carpentry pl0x? Most people think it's for the new updates (POH's)
Adam007
There's good enough evidence that those logs will be needed for carpentry/construction. My advice is get the fm xp if you need it, but otherwise glory tele to edge after each full load of logs, go through the abyss to the nature altar, and run to the logs to repeat the process from there. rsp
Actually, you can send the logs off to your bank using the parcel service costing 10 sticks per item (log) The parcel service is run by an old man (forgot his name) who walks north of the second hut west from the hardwood grove. Unitedite
So it's 100 sticks for every 27 logs you cut, if you're banking at Shilo? :/ That's madness. Guess i'll just have to get them elsewhere :( In a little hilltop village they gambled for my clothesI bargained for salvation and they gave me a lethal doseI offered up my innocence, I got repaid with scorn"Come in'', she said, "I'll give you shelter from the storm"
phata_elise
I think that you can buy trading sticks by selling shilo village gems (opal, jade, topaz) to some guy at the village. These gems are mined easily and you can also use trading sticks to bank the logs apparently.
