last week i somehow got a keylogger and the little sh*t stole full rune and 2m cash that was in my inventory , luckily i had a bank pin so my good stuff was sealed away.

 

i downloaded a spybot remover and thought that was the end of it , recovered my account and started putting everything away before i log.

 

go to log on tonight and my password is invalid. go to recover the account and my recoverys are different and jagex refuse to change my password ( even with my included credit card deal id number)

 

i havnt been on the account for 2 days so the w*nker thats stole it will get my whole account in 5 days time if jagex fail to do there jobs.

 

but my real dilema is if i cant acces the secured menu on my account how in hell do i cancel my automatic member payments?

i cant remember how many days i have left members so cant work out next payment plus its a debit card and my wages get paid into there so i cant cancel the card at will

They're should be a "Lock account for ... days " thingy that requires recovery questions to get into..I gotta set new ones cause I don't know my old ones :P

There is a way to cancel the membership by supplying the card number, not the username and password.

call the company your debit card is from and talk to them i guess cuz if your payin unwillingly for his membership isnt it techinically identity theft?

goto the cancle membership and their is a way where you can just supply the credit card number.

and as it seems you still have the keylogger...make sure you enter it in on the rs screen with an onscreen keyboard...this is located in start>programs>accessories>accessabilty...i beleive.

Is it really that hard to scan your computer for spyware? Hundreds of torrent sites have packages which contain spyware programs which will get rid of absolutely everything and there are more than enough Runescape guides on how to scan for spyware.
