fearspudgod
Evolution? What would you like to see? Guns? Trains? There really isn't much to evolve into without changing the core gameplay completely. If houses aren't evolutionary I just don't see what you are trying to say. Give some ideas so I can understand what you want from "evolution" in runescape. I think expanding the game is plenty. If you want the game to change, why not just play a different game? The main changes that have evolved the game so far including what you have said: Treasure trails - Can't argue this one Shades of morton though only slightly - Not sure what you mean with this one Ancient magicks - an expansion of magic The abyss for runecrafting - an expansion to runecraft Mage training arena - bones to peaches although not that great it still changes a lot of guthan players. - an expansion to magic Farming - growing herbs - can't argue this one, but it falls right in with houses if it is considered evolutionary I'm not really argueing any point btw. i think he means, new in combat graphics, maybe a new player skin (graphic) i think that jagex has good ideas, but after a few hours of it, everything they have released recently is just tedious and plain old annoying to fully complete. http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/975/70961xn8.jpg[/img]Playing WoW

How about some hotkey's? At this point in time the entire game is a point and click system. Nothing takes skill except the fight caves and Pvp combat. (to an extent) If they added hotkeys you could... F1- Autoequip god staff Click on someone to cast god spell F2 Equip Dragon Dagger F3 Set special attack Click on someone to use the Runescapes version of the n00b combo. This would add a whole new aspect to the game. Making it much less of a point and click.
malo2
ex̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷pan̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷sion (k-spnshn) n. 1. An increase in size. ----------------------------------------------------------- ev̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷o̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷lu̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâ÷tion Audio pronunciation of "evolution" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (v-lshn, v-) n. 1. A gradual process in which something changes into a different and usually more complex or better form. See Synonyms at development. ------------------------------------------------------------------- i think every update expands rs but the only real evolution was the rsc->rs2 update... cuz if you think about it... barrows-expansion of combat new skills-expansion of skills in general new minigames-expansion of minigames anything new-expansion of itself now only from rsc->rs2 did runescape evolve --same style combat system, yet different in many ways --same style graphics yet fully 3d --still an energy system but now instead with effect on the speed of your character --same map, yet tweak slightly... ------------------------------------------------- so with this logic, every new update is an expansion and every tweak to that update is evolution... youre way to biased there barrows-evolves combat (alot) new skills-evolves skill competition between players (more unique and complex stats and total lvls) minigames-(only a little, but) evolves game play, as in a more complex and greater variety of actions taken, not just a repetitive process to gain lvls. and so forth. I think the graphics updates that have been going around for a long time are the best examples of evolution. Lastfm
