Such a sad story :(, I met the old nite once, such a nice guy, it was xmas day in seers and i got a picture of him in a santas saying merry xmas! really made my day, first time id seen a famous player lol.

A very nice tribute to a very nice person.

i knew him but i wont say my name he might not know me but i know him because my very first account was like 2 3 years ago. i lost my account because i forgot the password and i quit for a while. when my friend remembered that i knew him he said to read this and i did. i was terrified and i never knew that he was 2cd place or that he was dead. so i say no one say anything bad about him. he was a great person to anyone who was just saying hi or anything like that. so i say rest in peace and harmony :cry: :boohoo:

I have to say, great summary of him, i have heard from other people, and friends stories that he was a Great guy, that just prooves it.

 

 

 

He was a credit to the runescape community, and will be missed.

Good article metallica that touched me greatly. Now that i've read this article i feel pretty bad because i used to think RIP The Old Nite referred to him as quitting the game and not dieing in RL. When I had first read "RIP The Old Nite", i thought to myself "Great, now that nerd can do something with his life." Oh boy was i wrong and now i feel like an immature [puncture] and you are truly a legend for living out your goals (unfortunately you didn't get to celebrate much) unlike many people in this world. If i could say one thing to you it would be, "i'm sorry."

I had chance to meet and chat with him when gardening came out we seemed to be running the same cycle for a couple of nites. I felt myself lucky as he had added me to his list and we chatted for a bit.

I never met him, but the sad news of his parting gives me a deep sense of loss.

sad sad sad to hear i was at a friends home last summer holiday when my friend was hunting kalphites he came run past and my friend said hi and he answered friendly with hello, how are u since then i never saw him in rs again but that moment i never forget such a friendly high level
