Try to remember if you ever told ANYONE your password or if you ever logged into your acc with somoene looking behind you. Other then that.. frizoid Posted June 25, 2006 Share Posted June 25, 2006 Firstly ignore some of these people on this thread, do NOT tell jagex your credit card number, it tells you not to on the account recovery page. Remember as many recovery questions as you can but don't worry if you can't, if you literally can't remember any then put a tick in the box saying you didn't set any. There is a section to write in extra comments, in this section include as many names off your friends list as you can remember, if possible starting with thei first that were added there. Also include apporximatly when you started the account and when you last logged in. Give details of your internet provider and tell them of any house moves/internet provider switches during your time of playing runescape. Tell then when you joined members and your payment method, even with credit cards you have to give an address so this could help.
