Yet another pirate dude, but big boned sort of guy (like, um, Al Capone, so, a pirate gangster), with a cigar in his mouth, grinning. The reason he is a pirate is because he wears a black headband with the jolly rodger insignia on the front of it. Strapped to his head under the headband are a small number of army grenades (You know, for ease of access, as you do), if you don't get what I mean I'll talk to you later or draw a picture or something. ;)
