There's quite many mahogany and teak trees on the islands there, and the islands have staircases leading down. Could there be an access there via cave horror dungeon? You need to run through a cave filled with those cave horrors (which you need a whitchwood icon for) along with a light source in your inv spot. Then you need to make that long trek through the jungle and through the cave to make it to the island. No it isn't faster... The self-proclaimed king of bronze.
