A dark night. A perfect night for a killing. Shino crawled around the corner of the balcony, aware of all of his surroundings. He knew the guards would be expecting him, but thats what made this job fun. A special guest from from the Dwarven Mines was lifting a ton of gold and hauling it to the Falador Castle. He was assigned to asassinate the dwarf and get the gold back to the base. He was the best in his class. It was'nt an option to get caught. Something caught his eye. A white soldier was standing outside the castles main entrance. They even brought the white knights. Now this was going to be an interesting. night. He snapped a hook on the roof and let down the rope. He slowly went down the rope, afraid to even breathe. If he got caught he would be split into pieces. He finally reached the bottom where he kept himself hidden in the bushes. Now to get rid of the guard. He analyzed the vulnerable parts of his body. Right under the helmet at the neck should do. Quick and silent he didn't want to be attract attention to himself. He took out one of his kunia and through at the neck of the unfortunate knight . Hit right on the wind pipe and the impact sent him to the floor. He dragged the body into the bushes, And mumured Saradomin forgive me for my sins :pray: . He slung a roped harpoon to the second floor window. He climbed up he was about 60 feet up. He put his hand on the window sill and there was a pair of steel cuffs on his hands.

 

 

 

If you were listening to the story you would have known how he was caught.

There are more parts coming but I will save the aswers to the parts till the end of my story, because each part that I write will be a mystery. But I will give you the question to be looking for in my next part. "How did he ecape?"

TIP: Try to avoid continuous "He"s. Try to change a bit by saying "the assasin","the man", his name etc.

What an assassin is doing carrying a harpoon around is beyond me. Unless he was, of course, assassinating some sort of large fish or marine mammal.

Ill just give you a clue! :D How many guards do you usually see guarding the front entrance?

he was caught by the other guard. he had only killed 1

Correct! Usually 2 guards always stand by the main entrance! So when he killed the first one the second one was watching him the whole time!

 

 

 

Continuation... Shino knew he had made a mistake be fore the cuffs even went around his hands. The knight pulled Shino up through the window and slammed him on the floor to tighten the cuffs. Before he knew it he was walking down the hall ten guards prodding him with their swords. He walked down stairs, long dark stairs covered in grime and crawling with insects. Shino tried to stay calm and started formulating escape plans within his mind so he could escape, kill the dwarf, and bring the gold back to base. He figured everything out except the ecape part. Falsdor had the tightest security he's ever seen, it was nearly impossible to get out alive Shino thought to himself. Five guards held him down while the others chained his legs to the dungeon walls. Then he was knocked out cold.

 

"Wake up you!" said a guard almost close enough to make someone very uncomfortable. " Time to be beheaded!" The guard said with a cruel laugh. The guard turned around and everybody was either knocked out cold or dead. Then he felt a sharp pain in his neck and fell over dead. And Shino was standing over his body...

 

 

 

How did Shino escape?

He didn't. His spirit did.

Through glaring Plot HoleÃÆââââ¬Ã¾Ãââ, the fact the he is clearly not an assassin, or a complete violation of suspension of disbelief?

Seriously there's no point asking anyone questions if there's barely enough detail in your piece to ask about. Each part of this that you put up is, what, two paragraphs.

There's just enough detail to tell you how he's doing things, that's what my writings is about. I write to challenge people to their wit's end. Have you ever thought about a question within a question. Like how did he get out of the chains? I want to provide a challenge in my writing so I will give you an answer tomorrow if nobody finds the answer today. I will also write the next part soon! :D

well i think shino could have been on the ground and unlocked outta the chains hwne he was being woken up and when the guard turned around shino killed the guard

I would definatly pay more attention to Zonorhc's advice, if you'd read his stories you would see that he knows what hes talking about.

 

Even so I'm enjoying this. I noticed that the guards forgot to tie his hands, though his line confused me: "Then he was knocked out cold." it was impossible for the guard to wake him up before he escaped because of the time frame of turning around. You implied that he knocked out our killed multiple people within one second of waking up, with his legs bound. The guard would have noticed them when he came in otherwise.

i got a theory. The guards didnt have any blunt weapons (in the story anyway) so it is possible that he faked being koed when they punched him. also being night (an assumption from the character he would be sneaking in the night) the guard patrol would be limited. Being any good assasin he could have picked the lock whenb no guards were looking. if this were the case then the guard was not watching shino as he woke him up thus allowing shino to reach the sword from behind him and kill him. also it is not specified how many guards are in the room so it is most likely that it was only 1 guard at the time.

Sorry I havent been on lately i had to go to a wedding out of town. All of your guesses are good but they are all wrong so far. I asure you that I am working on another continuation this one will be longer and full of suspense. keep guessing! :D
