Slipknot t-shirts with ties. Sweatbands that have sarcastic sayings on them. All I can think of

Yeah.

Gah, the "gangsta" phase is still in with 45% of our town's population (which is black, mind you). The whites, however, have graduated to ripped-up and worn-out jeans, polo shirts tucked in at the front only, and Steve Madden shoes or whatever else actually matches with their clothing. Amazingly enough, even though most of the people here follow trends, the way they dress really isn't too horrible. Except for the "gangstas" I can stomach the majority of the clothing here.

I generally dress in what is comfortable, which happens to almost always be loose-fitting jeans, a white undershirt, unbuttoned overshirt, and flip flops. I'm so relaxed it's almost sinful, and I couldn't care less about whether or not my clothing follows trends, as long as it looks nice and feels good. If it's an "in" thing, so be it, all the better.

...

Most of the kids at my school wear jeans or khaki shorts or pants with either a polo or T-shirt usually from American Eagle, Hollister, Abercrombie, or T-Shirts from concerts they've been to. I usually wear that aswell, I don't really like polos much. It kind of bugs me when people think I waste a whole bunch of money on clothes, I don't have that many and I usually get most of my stuff off the discount rack. 8-) I never spend more than $20 dollars on a pair of jeans and that will get me a good durable pair that lasts as long as I can fit into them. I am a growing boy after all. :P

Aw, that last part is just cute. <3
