450mhz would not be able to run high detail. Memory would not help the proccesor speed of the computer but it would help the overal computer speed of the laptop.

To upgrade if you mean the proccesor, then yes you could but it's a lot of work to do in a laptop. It might not even be do-able in that computer because you might not find a compatible processor.

My suggestion? Don't buy it, if you already want to upgrade the memory, and the proccesor your not happy with the speed even before buying it. Buy something that doesn't need to be upgraded right away.

well 450 mHz isnt exactly the best nowadays, and it will run RS but it would be uber Laggy. if you could i would upgrade to a newer processor, with 800 mHz, not to mention maybe a 512+ memory boost.

then you should be fine. but the price tag isnt exactly right. i personally wouldnt buy it, im sure you could buy one for much cheaper

450mhz is a dinosaur. For $200, you're almost half way to a much faster Dell laptop.

Save your money and buy something from today's market. It will serve you much better than a 450mhz laptop.

I'd personally save the $200, get some more money, and purchase a newer laptop. There's not much you can do with a 450mhz laptop with today's programs anymore :x
