Memory would not help the proccesor speed of the computer but it would help the overal computer speed of the laptop. To upgrade if you mean the proccesor, then yes you could but it's a lot of work to do in a laptop. It might not even be do-able in that computer because you might not find a compatible processor. My suggestion? Don't buy it, if you already want to upgrade the memory, and the proccesor your not happy with the speed even before buying it. xevanx Posted July 21, 2006 Share Posted July 21, 2006 well 450 mHz isnt exactly the best nowadays, and it will run RS but it would be uber Laggy. if you could i would upgrade to a newer processor, with 800 mHz, not to mention maybe a 512+ memory boost. then you should be fine. but the price tag isnt exactly right. i personally wouldnt buy it, im sure you could buy one for much cheaper Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
