go on paint and then change the thingy to transparent.....its on the toolbar at the bottom when uve got the things higlighted...

its transparent, it just doesnt look like it because of the borderthe transparent part will take on the color of the skin under it

On my old comp paint had the transparent option, but ony my new one, it doesn't, and it messes a lot of stuff up! I even tried copying the old paint onto my new comp but it like erased it and put the new one back o.o
