September 4, 200421 yr I don't like most of the band's you guys posted. Here are my type of bands. Progressive Rock - Dream Theater - Saw them live yesterday, amazing. Yes - Saw them live yesterday, amazing. Porcupine Tree - Cool Band Genesis - Synonymous with progressive rock Emerson Lake and Palmer - Synth me up Spock's Beard - Funny band with a funny name. Post Rock - Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Great band if you don't mind longer songs. Silver Mt. Zion - GREAT POST ROCK. Tortoise - Sweet band. Other Stuff - Radiohead - Adventurous Electronica Rock :) Tool - Don't listen to much "Alternative Rock" but these guys are awesome. Slayer - Hey when you're angry you need slayer. The Doors - ;) Chances are you havn't heard of alot of these bands. Thats bad, you better go listen to them right now :shock:
