You mean the slayer tower? The one in Mortanyia? You need to have completed the Priest in Peril quest to gain access to the lands. So you're out of luck on this one.

Isn't there a house portal bug where you can use a canifis teleportal to get in?

i tryed the house tele with my pure at a friends house and it gives the message about not being able to without doing quest,

The glitch was only around when POH was first out, but it was fixed almost as soon as Jagex knew about it.

Anyways, Priest in Perial is an extremly easy quest, just alot of walking is needed.

 

 

 

And Jagex intended for you not to be able to teleport there until thr quest in completed so getting there without doing the quest in bug abuse.
