July 31, 200619 yr Woopde-doo. I just got back after 3 days of going to Dollywood, in Tennesse. It'd be fun, except for the fact I always got wet, and some of my friends were REALLY irritating (sorry Michael :?). Also while pumping a watergun for about an hour and a half, and I got 3 blisters, one of the middle of my index finger that already popped, one on the tip of my middle finger, and one on the webbing type thing between your thumb and your index fingers. No fun. I think I got a blister or two between my big toe from the sandles I wore. -.- Overall: Pretty annoying trip. Anyone wanna post some results from trips you've ever been on, whether it be bad or not? [Admin Edit: No naming names in a negative light]
July 31, 200619 yr I was in a corn-eating contest yesterday with corn that was extremely hot. I have blisters all over the inside of my mouth, which is now purple and bleeding, and the inability to eat hard foods. the russians are the best! Hands down!
July 31, 200619 yr Author I now completely regret doing that water gun thing. -.- I'm having trouble typing because of my fingers. [Admin Edit: No naming names in a negative light]
July 31, 200619 yr Try having two that cover your entire palm on your right hand (dominant for me). That was no fun at all. handed me TWO tissues to clear up. I was like "i'm going to need a few more paper towels than that luv"
July 31, 200619 yr ahaa watergun fights, good stuff :D i don't blister as much as you (i get maybe one. even less, half of one -.- ) but the pain is worth the fun  usually if it involves pain and fun, its worth it. i don't think i regret any of my...adventures :
July 31, 200619 yr Speaking of water fun and blisters, I once went to a place that had bumper boats (for those of you who don't know, they're little gas powered boats that you drive in a pool like bumper cars). I got on one and someone bumped me really hard causing my leg to hit the engine. :( It burned me pretty bad and I had this unsightly blister on my leg for awhile.
July 31, 200619 yr I have blisters on both thumbs and pointer fingers for not thinking and going to pull the pan out of the oven without a mit. Let's just say that I got my hand off that thing as fast as possible. :ohnoes:
July 31, 200619 yr Try having two rock solid callus' side by side. If you poke them with any-thing it feels like someone stabbed me in the foot with a knife. I can't step on rocks with-out wincing and limping the next few steps. I'm putting some medicine on my foot which is having great effects. It should still take a few more weeks for them to go away though. And when I say rock solid, I mean they are deep and like...Really rock solid! :D I am an Atheist, and I take pride in it.
July 31, 200619 yr I have an ever-present blister on my right index finger from fencing, along with a tendency for my ring and pinky fingers to curl up into my palm even when I'm off the strip. Varrock Library: Shattered Sky | Silent Thunder | The Emperor's FinestAstri @ MythWeavers
July 31, 200619 yr Heh. I have a pretty high pain threshold. I was camping with one of my friends and his dad handed me some coffee in a thin stoneware cup. I took it below the rim with my fingers. Needless to say I stood there for about five seconds before I said "Mr. , could you please take the cup?" He replied "Eh?" I said "Of coffee. It's hot." "Oh!" I ended up having blisters on the top portion of all of my fingers. And I didn't scream or anything. Seems pretty awesome to be as Chuck Norris hardcare as I am but then again that also means that little cuts I sometimes get go unnoticed as itches until I go to scratch them :D. handed me TWO tissues to clear up. I was like "i'm going to need a few more paper towels than that luv"
July 31, 200619 yr I have an ever-present blister on my right index finger, Ditto. I also have pretty much permenant blisters on my feet/ Thanks Venomai for this super sig and Kwimbob for the awesome avatar!
July 31, 200619 yr You people are sick. I mean, really, really sick. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.

July 31, 200619 yr You people are sick. I mean, really, really sick. You of all people should know about blisters, Bubsa. You run the marathon afterall.
July 31, 200619 yr Strangely enough, I didn't get any. That's what happens when one leg is bigger than the other, you just tend to ruin muscles. Plus, I wore great insoles and metatarsal pads. :) This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
