Nothing personal, but that brushing is just a few strokes from a central point, and the woman is put over it. If you cut the woman out, it was a good cutting job :).

Both sigs are good, but honestly I like your first one better. I think the second is a bit overworked, with the lightning and the flashes, makes it a look a bit "shattered". I like the first one better because the brushed stuff around the person isn't white, but just lighter than the BG color, less contrast that makes it smoother.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Keep the simplicity of the first version, a few more things to it should make it perfect. Also, a boarder might help.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I came up with just what hit me when I first saw the sigs. I'm not an expert with this kind of sig so it's really based on only first look. Hope this helps though, looking forward to the finished product. :)

Font is terrible, and so it that so-called brushing. It's a poorly cut-out picture on a dull "background" - and you expect people to pay for it?
