The way Jagex's letter answering system works is -probably- something like this. Since Jagex receives thousands of letters a day, they simply don't have the man-power to read them and answer them all personally. An automated program will scan the text in your query, search for certain keywords, and then send an automated reply based on what it finds. I bet if I send a query to Jagex with just the words "experience, gain, month, keep" I'd get a response identical to yours.

My brother couldn't change his password anymore because he had a space in it. The dude from jagex told him something about the requirements of passwords. But in the meanwhile my brother couldn't change his password. Argh stupid jagex member.

has anybody stopped to think that maybe they dont want to answer questions on an update that hasnt been released yet so as to not give anything away?

whenever theres an update they have a ton of kids pming them the most pointless stuff,he was just in a hurry

it's because people send them stupid queries....like is it for that month only urrrm of course not it's a new part of the game why would it stay for a month it doesn't even hint at it only being there for a while....and as for other things getting silly replies it's because people ask them questions like has anybody ever got 90,70,90....urm look on the highscores yourself it isn't like Jagex is going to look through the whole of the highscores to find out if a player has that...geeze like the old saying goes ask a stupid question get a stupid answer....

The question was: Is the gear avaible every month or just this month (like holiday items are only avaible on that month.) I thought this might have been a holiday month because it also said in the paragraph that "Gnomes on holiday often miss the sweet taste of home"

I didnt understand your question either, what you mean by available in august? Are you asking if the updates will disspear the next month or what?? I really have to say that the way you wrote that question was horrible and can easily be VERY easily misunderstood....

 

 

 

And guydabest, why you post that query answer, i dont see anything wrong with it. the jagex people only have limited time and recouirces, they cant be looking at updates all over the place...

They answered it correctly, if you could read you would see that.

They say you have to wait and see, probably concerning the gear.
