The eyes are too far apart and different sizes. His arms look just a BIT too scronny and straight... I don't know if it's a hammer or a chisel...? The saw has a few white spots on it. Blend colors. Use DIFFERENT colors then just like...5 or 6 or something... Needs a border... Doors (if they are) are a bit crooked. His heads too round...I don't think ANYBODY'S is THAT round... :) <-- except his.
