Go to "The Gallery FAQ and Resources" at the top of this forum, and there should be a list of guides near the middle that could help you a bunch.

As others have stated please check out the Faq and Resources sticky at the top :)

 

 

 

If you have specific questions later on feel free to ask them, but we won't keep open such a general thread about art as this ;)

 

 

 

You can also try google for pixel art but I believe you will find more than enough info in the sticky here. Remember that it takes time to become good at pixel art. It also takes a lot of effort and it helps if you have some real life drawing experience. Just remember practice before you post images for critique and don't be discouraged if the first few don't turn out as great as you would like.
