Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. Interruptions of agility when I feel like it, as well.

And lucky enough to get 4 Dragon and 6 Barrow Drops.

99% sure that's a screenshot from a RS Private Server.

 

 

 

Private servers appeared some months ago, they are illegal but apparently people could make any amount of any items they wanted to in those servers.

 

 

 

After seeing you say you saw a video, I'm now pretty sure it's a Private Server, so I will lock this since the question has been answered, and such a fake is far from the Gallery's artistic scope.
