Today, as I get some money, I think "Hmm. Do I want to do Desert Treasure, or get an obby cape?" My friend thought Desert Treasure. So I tell Kashi, A Forum Regular, about this. "Oh, I'll help." So we get ready, she gives me some extra pots and some monkfish to kill damis with, and we head off. "You should bring some snares to keep off damis, and then earth blast him." She followed me down there, and she got into postion, which, completely stopped Damis from hitting me, so I completely owned him.'

 

 

 

Yay, we both say. Next diamond on our list was the blood one. While we were at the bank getting ready to get the materials for it, I see "Mw853721 wishes to trade with you." So i click it, and much to my surprise, A Rune Legs (T) And Kite Shield (T), and then I see *2* accepts. I said "Omg, you rock, thank you so much." "Np", or something along those lines, I was just really happy to get those items. :)

 

 

 

So we get everything, and Kashi leads the way to Dessous. I'm completely getting owned, but I managed to get him below half health. Kashi Drops some monks, and I quickly grab them. FINALLY, I kill Dessous, and quickly head to Malak to get the Diamond.

 

 

 

Again, we restock, and then I see another "Mw853271 wishes to trade with you." I get a glory and a ring of wealth. After thanking her so much, we head off to Fareed. I get into the Cage, and then pops up Fareed. *BAM!* 28-37, pandaman115 is down.

 

Kashi grabs my stuff, but she has to log. I go to the store with my mom, and when I get back on, we get back to work. Kashi (Thank goodness) is able to block Fareed, so I can easily mage his little butt. Get the diamond, and tele.

 

 

 

Last Diamond: Kashi gives me some pots, and we head up there grudgingly. While trying to mage my second Troll, My prayer runs out, and I don't know what to do. Soon, I'm dead. -_- I go and buy some more Prayer pots, and we go back, annoyed. I get all of the Trolls killed, with only a couple of doses left of my restores. We run like crazy, and we see Kamil. (Insert Dramatic, Scary, Gothic music here). Kashi tries to block, but he teleports next to me. He kept ice Barraging me, with my Prayer on Melee. I keep trying to hit him with fire blasts between potting, eatting, and potting more. I swear, I thought he was goign to kill me, I was barely alive, and I quickly ate food after he was dead.

 

 

 

We head off for the troll parents, and I have to go on without here. I get up there, free them, and they teleport me to the child. I get the diamond, and am so happy to be alive.

 

 

 

We get to the pyramid, and she has to log soon. Luckily, I didn't need help here, so I was pretty secure on getting that oh so wonderful ancient magicks. I fall once, and make it all the way through, never falling except for the one time. I go through it all, and get lvl 66 magic with the quest done.

 

 

 

All I would like to say is: Kashi, you rock so much. You are awesome!!! Thanks so much for helping me on this quest, it woulda taken a lot more time and money without your help. :D

I plan on doing DT after I get my 70 mage, it looks hard though. Think I would be able to do it without blockers or help? I have no one to help really, I'm more of a loner.

as for me, blocking didnt work with damis at all, I just DDS'd him and hid.

BTW if anyone ever needs help killing Damis, add Roglord. If i'm in world 9 it means i'm in his cave, training, and i'll gladly block him for you. 11+ Happy questers so far :P

Kashi Blocking helped a ton, so I'd reccomend it. Haven't done it without blockers, though... :-#

if y'all are wondering about desert treasure... it's not that tough.

 

 

 

my personal strategies were actually really simple.

 

 

 

damis i brough snare runes, black d hide, magic bow and pray pots. snare damis, slap on protect prayer, run away from him and range him from a distance.

 

 

 

the werewolf was pretty hard. but yeah, put on melee prayer and then just melee him to death. just be sure to bring good food (i used sharks) as his magic hits 10s 100% of the time.

 

 

 

the fire dude was simple >.< melee protect and just whack away.

 

 

 

now... ice. he was a pain in the butt. y'all probably shouldn't do what i did because it was hard for me. but what i did was use black d hide, i think granite shield, and mith darts. keep shooting him and pot up and eat while you're frozen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and i got through the pyramid in one try \

I didn't even know that it had traps until I found out while helping Panda.
