Runescapefan948374
Well, if you managed to report him for saying something like "I'll trim your rune armour for free" then yes. If you just traded it to him, without him really saying anything out of the ordinary, then probably not. It's up to Jagex how long the ban will be, if there is even one? It wasn't a yes or no question  He will probably not get banned, most reports never make it to Jagex because of the massive amounts of them. But if it does manage to attract their attention, he will likely get banned for 3 days.
ranging_beast
If just because lending armor to your friends w/o collateral and he/she scamming you is bannable, boy all those noobs will have a new thing to play-smith armor, give to people, report for scamming. Not to say anything to hurt you, but the truth is- its your owns...how do I say this without hurting your feeling or hiding behind my anti fire? Oh well you'll find the word out yourself. Daruina
If it was 60 seconds after you gave him your armour, then most certainly he won't get punished.
Blaze The Movie Fan
No offense but you're ignorant. Jagex already warned their players about NEVER lending your stuff. Yes he will be banned.

D. V. Devnull
It goes under the header of "Gain their trust, THEN ROB THEM BLIND..." as their strategy. :( I hate people like that. I had to clear out about 8 friend entries because one jerk tried to pull that on me. He did not get away with it though, and I did get my stuff back. Of course, I think I managed that one without having to report the punk. :? and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... And talks in 3rd person for the timebeing due to how insane they are... Sometimes even to themself.)
powotae
IMO He wont get banned as you have not provided any proof in your report. It only captures the last 60 seconds and he had not said anything to incriminate himself in that time.

A video, carrying all of the recent public chat data would work far better than these mere screenshots... :notalk: and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people...
