Shield Posted August 12, 2006 Share Posted August 12, 2006 Hey, I was thinkin the other day...Why doesn't jagex have a real use for stuff like fur? So i came up with an idea...Fur armor. Fur armor would be considered range armor, and between leather and snakeskin in rank (an update for the newbies out there). Here is how you would make the armor: take a bear or wolf pelt of fur have a bolt of silk, along with a needle and thread stitch the silk to the fur And there you have it. What is the point of me sayin this suggestion? Well, for one, the little guys need updates too. Plus, it finally provides a use for fur and silk. Who knows, maybe they're already planning something like that. krogiecom Posted August 13, 2006 Share Posted August 13, 2006 This seems like a good idea from the up north point of view, but there isnt any room from a crafting level perspective: at 44 you can make studded chaps, and at 45 you can make snakeskin boots Where would fur come into it? It would be kind of difficult to make though, considering you need to buy it one at a time Perhaps jagex could make multiple kinds of furs, from different animals or something At the moment furs are kind of useless, so yeah, good suggestion :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
