I.E just click as fast as you can on the left mouse button Turn mouse keys on too when doing that. Even quicker. Start -> Control Panel -> Accessibility -> Mouse Options -> check MouseKeys -> push NumLock -> hover mouse over the object and use the 5 key on the key pad as a substitute for the pointer.
