I think Jagex needs to let us check out books from the Varrock Library. Reldo knows everything, and he's got a ton of books, why not let us read a history of RuneScape or something?

Well, he does let you read many of his books as part of some quests.

But I think it should be that way if you don't give it back within 2 days you have to pay some money. Like in real life library.

the money comes directly from your bank, if you have no money one of your items is low alchemed until you have the money. If you comepletely poor then Im guessing theyd let you slide. Maybe instead of two days the tim limited would be 10 hours online.

BAD IDEA FOR THE RENTING, how bout just take it and never give it back I mean who puts those buckets and key respawns where they r you shouldn't have to give the book back because then that will lead to people losing important items, quest items, rares, and stuff like that

You could say I haven't changed much about suggestions, but I saw the bad part quicker than I used to.

What if you paid an up-front cost, like 100 or 200gp, and you get unlimited used of the library. You can take books from the shelves, which respawn so there's no end to them, and you can't trade them.

Well I don't really support actually checking out books but they should add some more officall reading material somewhere in the website to tell more about the history and tales of runescape. "Tales from the Tavern," hasn't been updated in ages.

In addition, it would be nice if he would let you deposit and check out books from all over Runescape, similar to bookcases from Construction, but with more books.

nice idea, just on history of rs and other "how x became to be" stuff. Just get rid of the fine thing...wats the point? You can most of it free on the knowladge base. Anyway, just unlimited books of a type...they have that with newer quests and the items. U pick something up and it stays.

Yeah, but they've already got their library-thingy on the main page, although that would be a ton better if people actually contributed stuff to it anymore, and if the stories were more than 3 paragraphs long.
