I think ive shifted my time zone by about 4 hours..

Featured Replies

Well basically the whole summer ive been going to sleep around 3AM and waking up at 12. This basically shifted my day/night by a couple of hours. Now 3AM to me is lie 10pm...and school starts in 2 days  Im going to have trouble falling asleep at 10pm and re adjusting to the normal eastern time zone #-o

Anyone else have this problem?

Dont sleep tonight. Try your very best on not to fall asleep. Then it will be day, do stuff...then go to bed at your normal school day time and wake up at whenever you wake up. Then go to school. You'll be so tired you'll sleep instantly.

OR

Go to sleep at 3, wake up at normal school time. You'll be tired so you'll sleep again at night.

I was falling asleep by 3am and waking up at 3 pm in the summer ::' now even on weekends I fall asleep 10pm-ish and 650-730ish becuase highschool will kick your wagon until you get so tired that you end up taking naps after school or falling asleep early, like it did to me.

You're supposed to gradually change your sleep schedule. You should have started sleeping a bit earlier about a week before school started.

Hah! That's nothing... Up until the day before my school started, I went to bed at 4-6AM. Once school started, I had to go to bed at 10:30 and get up at 6:45.

do not worry bout school, just do all your hw and nap after school.
