September 17, 200619 yr Well the T.V. show The Office is coming back to NBC on September 21st. Im really happy because ts my favorite show :D. Anyone else her watch it?
September 17, 200619 yr oh yeah i watch it one of the few shows i watch along with house. i rarely watch tv. and i always watch those two shows every week  My pet Boxing Tater
September 17, 200619 yr I love The Office. It is one of the four shows that I will be watching every episode of no matter what all season. Good thing you posted this, for some reason I thought it started on the 28th. If I would have missed the first episode I would have fallen over and died. Did you keep up with the webisodes? All ten of them are done now, when they were going on it was good to get me back in the Thursday groove. They came out on Thursdays also.
September 17, 200619 yr Heh, I really like the office. The UK version that is (I've never seen the US version). It's so great. ricky gervais <3 haha. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
September 17, 200619 yr Author Glad to see there are some other office fans around here. Im going to bed now will check on this in the morning :XD:
September 17, 200619 yr Im going to bed now will check on this in the morning :XD: 3:00AM psuedo-awakeness FTW! Yeah, might want to specify this is the US version, since you said you watch it on NBC. I heard something about some members of the UK version guest starring on the US version, I think that would be cool. I tried to watch the UK version, it just didn't seem the same. I guess I shouldn't think like that since the UK came out first and the US copied, but oh well.
September 17, 200619 yr I love the English one but I don't see why they bothered making the american one, it seems to have such similar storylines. I don't particularly like the american one anyway, it seems too 'obvious'; not subtle enough by far. Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.
September 17, 200619 yr I loved the UK office, i've never seen the american one but i've heard it's not bad. The UK one was fantastic though, brilliant humour. "Da mihi castitatem et continentam, sed noli modo"
September 17, 200619 yr The office is great. Can't wait for the season premier. I love the casino night one where the guy with the WOSP braclet loses lol.
September 17, 200619 yr I love the American version because I know someone who literally looks and acts like Dwight Schrute. And his girlfriend could resemble Angela (while not as pretty :(). It's subtle humour, as opposed to other crap on TV where it just get's blown into your face. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Believe me, nothing except a battle lost can be half so melancholy as a battle won. -Sir Arthur Wellesley

Not just similar storylines, I have watched the first UK episode and it was the exact same as the US one. Half the jokes were exactly the same also.
September 17, 200619 yr I've seen the UK version before. It's subtle humour, as opposed to other crap on TV where it just get's blown into your face. Yeah it's nice to have a change from the usual seinfeld, king of queens, everybody loves raymond which is kinda predictable (still funny though).
September 17, 200619 yr It's subtle humour, as opposed to other crap on TV where it just get's blown into your face. Subtle compared to most american stuff, perhaps, but certainly not things over here. Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.

September 17, 200619 yr "But all farmers have wives" "Yeah but this farmer's ***" "Well he shouldn't be allowed near animals then should he" Gotta love Gareth Lol. Can't wait for it to come back. SHH HUT YUH MUH. DERKHED.
September 17, 200619 yr If you're talking about the English one then it isn't coming back, unless it is a repeat. Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.

Subtle compared to most american stuff, perhaps, but certainly not things over here. The old 80's British comedy that that they show on PBS is pretty amusing. For a number of years, I was glued to Faulty Towers and Alo Alo. My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. September 17, 200619 yr I love THe Office. I got the theme song on my computer. :D the russians are the best! Hands down!
September 17, 200619 yr Author If you're talking about the English one then it isn't coming back, unless it is a repeat. I think it is..I saw a commercial here in the U.S. and it said its coming back the 21st of September and i think its a new season.

Yes, the US one is coming back September 21st, that's what the topic is about. The UK one isn't coming back. Like I said earlier though, I heard a rumour that actors from the UK version might guest star on the US version.

The US one might come back, and it might be new to you if you haven't had series 2 of the UK office, but they said on the DVDs of the UK version that there won't be any more of it. Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.

Great show, I love it! :P Ghost: I am prejudice towards ignorance, so that would explain why I appear to be so.
