Am I ready for barrows?

ok im lvl 103 combat and never been to barrows lol and ive been mem for while like 6 months and was wondering if this be good im not a rich guy thats why i wanna do abrrows get sum money and mage lvls currently wrking on 55 slayer almost 52 and u no y i want 55 hehe but my stats r on the side click my name and i no my pray is low its alsmt 54 but i got 8m after sellin all my stuff to use im not gettin ahrims cuz waste if useing magic dart gettin 200k mystic armour so i spend more on items im htiknin of buyin 12k magic dart spells and couple hundred pray pots and 1k lobs tell me how to go about this and if i need sumtin better ty

HEYA im level 103 also and have never gone but was thinking i should try it soon. from what ive seen higher prey is a little better but with you att, str, def stats it would make up for it. add me on RS and well go Explore burrows together if u like =)

You have 46 prayer and 64 mage and used 2 1/2 Prayer Pots?

 

 

 

I have 57 prayer, 80 mage & 100 combat and it took me 7+ I believe. It was my first time, but I read many guides and knew exactly what I was doin. So honestly, I think you're stretching the truth a little far.

There are dozens and dozen of excellent barrow guides in the Archieve Of Wisdom. With a high killcount, 200 cast is enough to camp there, as they can be regained in the chest.

12k casts is way over kill.... If you have done Ancients magiks it is a big help.... Using ice bursts helps with the p pots a lot...

 

 

 

Use your pray on Dharok Watch your pray, Every time a barrows face shows up on the screen your pray just dropped 10 points so watch out....

 

 

 

Then use your remaing pray on karil, it doesnt matter if you are wearing full torag always pray against karil and dharok...

 

 

 

I personally then drink 1 dose of p pot and go kill ahrim, I use ice burst so prayer is not needed on the rest... Watch out Verac hits through pray ocasionally... If you arer doing slayers dart then pray on guthan bcuz it will be very annoying when he heals on you....

bring 4-5 p pots (4), range armor and weapon, 8-10 shark, melee armor, super def, range pot (both optional), runes to cast (100-200 casts), 1 click teleport, arrows, etc

 

 

 

do Dharok(melee pray) -> verac(melee prayer, steel skin, super def) -> Karil(range prayer), Ahrim (hides, range pot, Magic prayer) -> Torag(highest melee def, don't bother praying) -> Guthan(highest def, don't bother praying)

 

 

 

use magic on all brothers except Ahrim(range him), save energy for the tunnel to run, ALWAYS ALWAYS PRAY ON DHAROK

 

 

 

using ancient magic is a huge waste of money, use fire blast or magic dart (dart best)

 

 

 

Using prayer on Guthan is useless, if his set effect acivates, what he WOULD have hit on you without prayer, he heals

 

 

 

EDIT* I'm 67 prayer, 80 def, 81 range, 84 magic, using my way uses me 2-3 doses of prayer potion, 2-3 sharks, and I make 2-4 runs without banking

no im not, and if thats what u used than u have a problem sorry

I have to disagree with you...

 

 

 

Using ice burst with a water staff is one of the cheapest way you can do it... You will only use 1 dose of p pots every run... I bought 4k chaos and 1k deaths and it lasted for about 80 runs.....

wow ty all for the info i watched a few vids and read sum guides and i will defntly take u up on ur offer :P and just be sure magic dart it doesnt matter how good ur mage attack bonus is?
