September 26, 200619 yr A rl buddy of mine is talking about buying me a membership soon, and I had a question about members quests: which quests would be good to start with? I had members for one month a few years ago, and as a result have already done the Fishing Contest and (by accident) Witch's House. I've done all the f2p quests and my stats are: Thanks in advance for any help I can get. Part of the Star Traks network. (^^Clicky!) Irony: An amnesiac rediscovering they have an eidetic memory.
September 26, 200619 yr It's illegal for friends to buy you membership. Supermonk, proving you wrong since 1992. Supermonk rocks, I want to have his children.Music is like candy. You always get rid of the rapper.
September 26, 200619 yr Unless your friend is one of the following, he can't buy you membership. I am making a payment on behalf of myself or a member of my immediate family If you do become members, do Lost City to be able to wield Dragon Longs and Daggers. That's a good start.
September 27, 200619 yr Lost City, Fishing Contest, Fremmy Trials, Tree Gnome Village, Druidic Ritual, Priest in Peril, and Waterfall Quest are all great starts. Most of them give you access to good training areas and help you get around a lot better in the member worlds. Keep in mind that if you don't have the sufficient magic level to teleport to some member areas, you can use the trading boats to charter a boat to either Port Khazard, Port Sarim, Catherberry, and one other place, for a price.
September 27, 200619 yr Author I wasn't asking about the legality; we're as good as brothers, so I'm not worried about that. Thanks topide and icecube. That's a big help, and just the info I needed. Part of the Star Traks network. (^^Clicky!) Irony: An amnesiac rediscovering they have an eidetic memory.
September 27, 200619 yr I'd start with feltching first. it's easy to do as you've got high woodcutting, but it makes alot of money when you get higher as well. I'd do agility also. Construction is only really if you have the money and time for it, farming is also time consuming. I didn't realise it was illegal for a friend to buy you membership... I'm sure someone mentioned, but then it doesn't apply to me as I always buy mine myself.
September 27, 200619 yr Author Something that just occurred to me; why is it illegal for friends to gift memberships? Part of the Star Traks network. (^^Clicky!) Irony: An amnesiac rediscovering they have an eidetic memory.
September 27, 200619 yr Something that just occurred to me; why is it illegal for friends to gift memberships? It's part of Jagex's rules. I don't know what their reasons are, but when you buy membership you have to agree that it's for an immediate family member or yourself.
September 27, 200619 yr farming is also time consuming. No it's not: plant seeds, do whatever you want to do for the time your crops grow, return, harvest, repeat! There is an excellent guide on new membership this on tip.it! Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...
