April 3, 200917 yr A better option for pots (for those of you who have it) Would be zamorak pots with the enchanted Excalibur to get rid of the hp and def reductions. Its the equivalent of super attack, regular str potions, and using the spec for the enchanted Excalibur completely removes all the negative side effects.
