A monster that can only be killed with range or magic, well at least to my knowledge. It is F2P, and can be found near Lumbridge. A pair of boots dropped by one of the strongest monsters in the tower north of a werewolf village. BTW, the49ronin, there are many items that can only be obtained during a quest and if you keep it in this form you cannot finish the quest. I'm guessing the 1/4 bucket in Fremmenik Trials.
