Zoob Posted October 10, 2006 Share Posted October 10, 2006 Hi all Tonight I went to log onto my pure and it said my account was disabled and to check my message box. So i go check my message box but it is completely empty. I decide to log into forums aand ask for advice but it says the account is permantly banned from forums. So I check the message box again just incase but it was still empty. So i head to the appeal ban area to check what my offence was and get this image. No word of what I had supposedly done, no evidence to support a ban and no where to appeal. I will gladly accept the ban if i did something wrong but at the moment I haven't a schmick what I could have done to warrant a permanent ban. Is there anything I can do to find out what exactly it is i am meant to have done? I thought they provided proof or at least told you what the offence is. If I was you I would message Jagex and ask them why you have been banned. Stating you have had no explination reasoning you banning. Also, I think once banned ingame you are banned on the forums to stop people ranting about being banned. That's what I saw in a post anyway. Even though i was given no chance to appeal anywhere they have "reviewed" my account and are giving me one last chance lol???? harrester1_ftw Posted October 11, 2006 Share Posted October 11, 2006 If you are having problems with your account and cannot see a reason for a ban, or cannot use the 'Appeal an Offence' link, then you should submit a message to Customer Support. We will review each account on a case by case basis. We will never discuss the details of an account on a public Forum. Any thread discussing the status of a player's account will be locked. Wow, it's awful to lose an account that took you months to train. Zoob, I hope you will get the right reasons. If I were you I would find something else to do like watching DVDs or something til you get respond. If you think this through, you will realize that they can reban him anytime they want because he (just like me) has no idea what they are accused of, thus, what in the world can we do if we cannot know what we did wrong. If you have a little complaint about jagex treatment of you, and if you are member I would suggest calling them. of course you say they don't give any phone number just go to whois.com you can figure it out from there. mods if the post against rule please delete it.
