Use the Duelling ring method: Start at Al-Kharid, craft the runes, tele to Castle Wars to deposit/withdraw, tele back to Duelling Arena, continue as many times. As for the astral idea that requires a lunar teleport after each trip, and still a fair bit of running (even though you tele right by the bank.) Im not sure on astral runes (:-$ Still havent got around to doing that quest) Air runes are ok, but it may cost you more then any of the others (Ok, not if you dont have any runners). No-one have suggested it, but cosmics/choas are fairly good exp if you use the abyss, u can even make a bit of money this way but the risk of pkers means that you could end up lossing more in the end if your not carefull. Anyway goodluck with 44rcing, because is a great skill to have.
