You've got to love mass produced products!

my psp came with 1 dead pixle. UGGGGHH.

Just send it back and get a new one, you won't have to pay anything

A lot of companies require 5+ dead pixles to return a product.

I think I got a dead pixel on my monitor at home. But I got so much crud on the monitor (yes I eat at the computer) that it makes no difference.

Recently my sister got her 24" iMac and we spent about 20 minutes checking, double-checking and triple-checking it for dead pixel. Didn't find any \'

And consider yourself lucky if you've only got one or two dead pixels on your average TFT monitor, we all remember the dead-pixel issue with the PSP? A lot of them were in excess of 5 dead pixels and the screen size is about 1/10 of your average TFT :P

Bit of a funny story, and it relates to mass-products.

So, The desktop mic i've been using i've had for probaly 8-10 years. This is not an understatement, I have used this $10 walmart cheepie mic for years. Well, half of the time it was just randomly in storage, until a few years ago.

Anyways, my friend I talk to all the time over vent hasn't had a mic last more than a year or something. So,of course i've always joked about how my bargin bin mic has been working for years apon years now.

Well.. today it broke. You can still hear me talk, but it has a very loud hum whenever I hold down the button to talk. I'm just going to go down to radio shack tomorrow and buy another one, but the point is this thing has lasted through all kind of PC's and other gadgets.

On a bit more topic, however, my monitor seems to be fine. I don't know how much of an off brand it is (KDSusa) but it's been working great for the 2 years or so I've had it.

Me and my cousin bought the same type of laptop from the same store, but mine came with four voices for text-to-speech and his came with one, Not sure why.
