October 12, 200619 yr Well I believe he's talking about the recent "mass" bans that happened. Jagex doesn't know what happened really and they aren't taking any initiative to fix it. A lot of "innocent" players were recently banned for no particular reason, and the only way they will be unbanned is if they send in an appeal. Jagex is currently reviewing these case by case. There have been many threads about this already so go view those if you want to know what happened. Correct me on anything if I have anything incorrect.

I got this off the runescape forums I made a thread about it and it was quite popular untill a mod locked it. :lol: jagex will be fixing the problem and the reason your friend got a red flag is because he commited offences. 600+ players got banned recently during this mistake, and they are trying there best to fix it... good luck I guess for the people banned.

It said "you are permanently banned" "Offenses: none" SInce there were no offenses, he couldnt appeal, so hes sent in a query, 3 days and no answer so far In Soviet Russia, glass eats OTers. October 12, 200619 yr I Don't think if you were banned permatly you will get unbanned because they must have a record of when people are banned so all they got to do is look when alot of people got banned in a little bit of time. THIS EXPLAINS HOW IT HAPPENED: This all happend when a customer service guy was reviewing 60 sec screen shots, when he spilled his HOT coffee on his leg he then, started waving his arms like crazy and hitting the keyborad. When he hit the keyborad it banned alot of people. it all was a just a mistake. 100% FAKE :^o (you probley knew that anyway) well it could of happened this way :thumbsup:
