Extremely well done. The only thing I noticed was that there's a wierd bump in the guitar where you go over 1 pixel too many IMO. Also anti-aliasing would do it good.

i like it, maybe if you made the sunburst better, like make it go a little further inwards and add another colour, if would be kick-[wagon]-ness x2

I think the back humbucker is to big (for those of you that dont know what a humbucker is its the big grey pickup in the back) anyway looks very good! my RL guitar looks exactly like that/

The gutar is very very very (ect.) awsome. However, the black area between the name and the pic. is kinda bland. Maybe some type of texture? Also, it couldn't hurt to add some 3D effects in the little star thingy around the gutar.
