October 30, 200619 yr Author the only thing I abselutely hate about runescape is its target audience. My problem too. I like the game as a whole, but sometimes I'm ashamed that I play it. Mostly it's played by 10-12 year olds (no offence), and it looks for outsiders a childish game.
October 30, 200619 yr i know u said dont mention the graphics but..... *stares at someone play WOW for 30 seconds* ...they could b a lot better o yea the music is stupid rofl and ummm i hate how they focus that the gasme is for younger people wen u have to be 13 or older.... lunar diplomacy...they tried to give use weird life lessons lol basically....wat the guy above me said "their target audience" i wish rs was adults only...im only 18 but would love for the censor to go away anyyways other then that...i love rs
October 30, 200619 yr I love all of the graphics the way they are. I don't think that Jagex needed to change anything about them. : The Internet: where men are men, women are men, and children are the FBI.First Dragon Drop 5/6/2006 -Dragon Med from Bronze Dragon :DFirst Barrows Item From Chest 2/20/2007 - Verac's Brassard :D
October 30, 200619 yr what i like about runescape is that : gameplay is good, plus its ever-changing ever-developing fantasy world, and not to mention the HUGE array of weaponary(handheld items) and armour (wearable items) not to mention the sometimes irritating censorship camel masks are ownage ...though i dont mind improvements made towards graphic :)
October 30, 200619 yr Runescape was a great game but I have 3 complaints. 1 Insainly high skill levels are required for anything entertaining. Most of my gametime went to raising skills rather than teamwork. 2. The world is too condinced. It would be nice if they made the towns farther apart so you dont feel like your walking on 100 other players. 3. Improve movement control. Tile based terrain is completly fine. Add more waypoints than just 1 each tile however. Runescape also has quite a few good aspects. 1. The art is wonderful, only a few objects like sinks need improvement and seem out of place. 2. Content is updated every 2 weeks about, this is probly faster than any other MMORPG. 3. Great story lines. I have found atleast 5 difrent creative story lines each one is quite entreging. 4. This game is probobly the easiest game to hop in and play. You can make an acount and land in Lumbrage within 20 minutes of play. 6 hours to become a member. You can log in from nearly any computer that has Java in under 5 minutes.
October 30, 200619 yr Quality of a game rest entirely to its gamer's own perspective. For me, quality of this game lies on the group of people I chose myself to be surrounded of. The impact of having a good set of people enhances the level of your gaming experience. Of course, the game will provide you with challenges and levels for you to desire to gain and achieve but without the interaction to other gamers, I highly doubt that this game would have last this long. Sure they are other graphically more inclined games, but then again, its your preference. I think I may have been a cheap guy (I just can't imagine paying $50 for a game, $10 for server fee and $10 more for other feature a month) when I could have the same enjoyment for a $5 a month.
