superdumb6
Ok, I am needing a good cheap or free flash animation program that I can use. I have been looking for one for a while, cuz friend bet me some money that I can't do animations( he thinks animation is a master skill lol) so I just wanna see why he thinks it is so hard. I mean it's only a small bit hard if you program the animation yourself. Thank you. Thank you everybody for rising up against macroing!!!
____
Flash Professional 8 is the best thing you'll find, trial or not. And on the side, flash animations are a piece of cake.
Fadfdfd
Yeah, Adobe Flash Professional 8 is what you want. I got it and used the trial. Nice little handy program. I actually got a full version for free, but I believe I'd get banned if I shared it with you, so I'm not.
zonda
And on the side, flash animations are a piece of cake. Hmmm... never tried doing anything with flash, but if it's that easy I might as well get the 30 day trial and give it a shot. Sweet. ...
superdumb6
Thank you but I am not fully sure if I am willing to make that investment. He got flash studio for free somehow, and it's the full version I am sure of it. But are there any other amateur level studios that maybe cost under 100? I know of toon boom but I don't know if it's for flash... Thanks anyways! Thank you everybody for rising up against macroing!!!
____
You can get almost every piece of software for free. If you look hard enough. But if you just want to try out flash animation - download the trial of Flash Pro 8.
Kinslayer777
As for getting every software for free i wouldn't recommend it...Often there are bad versions. Unless you're getting from a friend, but i just wouldnt. If you have serious professional uses, pay for it. If you're just fooling around, get a basic program. Fadfdfd
Guys, it's not very hard to unlock the full version. Just think, what does it ask for? A serial #...Yes. Did the lightbulb just go off? And, Flash is actually quite difficult. ActionScript is somewhat difficult and understanding the entire program may take a course in college. Not something I can teach myself. All I can do really are motion tweens
zonda
Unfortunetly tip.it doesn't support piracy and unfortunetly we never had any classes for flash or really anything besides photoshop and a variety of programming languages, though my friend got me a legit copy of 3dmax, and that was more or less something I could have cared less about.... flash on the other hand can introduce some fun elements into the schematics  ... Cruiser
ActionScript is somewhat difficult and understanding the entire program may take a course in college. Not something I can teach myself. All I can do really are motion tweens  So is c++ and most other programming languages. Just because you can't teach yourself doesn't mean someone else can't. It doesn't take a college level class to learn something when you know where and how to look for the learning tools.
____
Well said Cruiser. First time I touched flash, seriously, was march of this year. And there's nothing I've learnt that I couldn't have found out by myself.
Chris
Heh, I used to use Flash to make movies... I didn't know about tweening, so me and my friends used to make them frame by frame. :wall: It was funny to post one on Newgrounds and get "OMG that was ****!" "Way too short!!1" It took me like a day or two to get that... :x Notoriously Trollish.
