HEROES is a show on nbc, and ,yea... its about supernaturals... i didn't really understand the last episode, i think the boy has the power to control machines or something and the other guy, whose wife died, has flame powers? my fave characters is:

I really wanted to watch the first episode of it, but since it's a really linear show, I missed the first episode and got turned off watching the rest.

I just watchedthe episode last night, it was really confusing, I guess that may be because I have never seen it before. The little boys dad could like go throughg lass or something of that sort, and I didn't understand how having an alter ego was a power at all. It was a pretty good show, not the best I've seen, but I bet it will continue for at least another season.

Yatta! I like the show. But hiro is getting a little more pathetic as the shows go on. Interesting that that the boy actually has a power.

So far (aside from the strength), Niki/Jessica has demonstrated classic Multiple-Personality Disorder (now called dissociative identity disorder). Her conscious/vulnerable self (Niki) makes bad choices for good reasons and her unconscious/fearless self (Jessica) does the dirty work. Niki is strong in a soulful way and Jessica is strong in a fearless way. This condition alone is NOT a heroic ability.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Niki has to confront whatever traumatized her so much to have split her personality. Once they fuse I think that the collective controlled power will emerge is much more than the uber strength/fearlessness Jessica has demonstrated. Fusing her personalities is essential for Niki/Jessica to be any good to the hero team, IMO.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Asmuch as I want to talk about American show's, i'll just stick with x-men, from what i've read it's just a series of that.

I thought it was pretty good. They should have had Mohinder come back to the US at the end though. I don't think that plot line where he has to "find his way again" should take too long. That is purely my opinion from my critic side. One thing I found very interesting was Claire's dad (what's his name?) said he was also trying to stop the bombing. He is pretty much shown as being the "bad guy" the whole time. So that means he is either lying, which is probably what they will go with, or he is telling the truth, and isn't a bad guy after all, and that's my theory. Just because it is kind of the same as my Lost theory, "The Others" being the good guys :P . One other thing I didn't like about the episode was Hiro going back in time. I don't like any stories, books, comic books, movies, or anything that has time travel in it. To many plot holes.
