imhomer
False advertising, here I clicked on the link thinking that I was going to see................ I mean, I can only really discern one gun. Dunno quite what to make of it. Personally, I don't really like it. It seems like a wierd blend of a western/sci-fi/fantasy character that I personally don't like. The way he's holding the gun seems very odd to me and his front foot has a bit too much perspective on it. All personal bias aside, You did a good job on it artistically aside from said perspective. I dont see how you go Western/Sci-Fi/Fantasy ( Sci-Fi and Fantasy are generally the same thing) But looks kind of like somthing from 16th Century Spain like a Conquistador. But with goggles that look kind of like Boarding Goggles. My reasoning is because you can see Like Plate Leggings and an old Style Musket but its Still Very good. 9/10 Darth~ (p.s. his left foor does look kind of messed up)
cadburys_egg
It's really nice, definately a marksman/assassin/hunter look and feel to it. Infact, the sketchy pencil look really brings out the bandit look. The main thing that doesn't look right to me is his elbow. It looks as though he's attempting to "butt" someone with his gun. :P Unless, of course, he's spotted something/one and is about to put the sight to his eye. Overall it's a great drawing and look. What inspires you to draw these things? I'd really like to be able to draw, ya know, with a pencil and paper. But my main let down is what to draw. imhomer
Looked more like a modern rifle than a musket to me. :-s
Zonorhc
Looked more like a modern rifle than a musket to me. :-s It's halfway there. Not quite rifle, not quite musket, but all awesome miniaturised steam-powered firearm. It's setting-specific equipment, and to be honest, I have to use a lot of handwaving and technobabble to make it work. What inspires you to draw these things? I'd really like to be able to draw, ya know, with a pencil and paper. But my main let down is what to draw. I take my inspiration from quite a few sources for both art and writing. Moslty World War-era American, British and Nazi propaganda, Soviet motivational posters, classical Roman or Greek statuary, World War I-era military uniforms, Spanish Inquisition, Renaissance armour, gothic art, film noir, Celtic druidism, and games like Guild Wars, Warhammer 40,000 and Fallout. pjb21
dude quite a few things for inspiration o0 the gun looks weiord, the but is facing one direction the barrel is twisted to face another o0 the legs look auqward, weird position, i can see the pose working out in rl, but how you drew it itjust looks.. weird. cloak's fairly cool yet longer on one side (his right) is that intentional? fairly cool otherwise =) PJB21 100% my own work, i make my own brushes: set 1 set
Blaze The Movie Fan
Great artwork, but I can see no gun, where are the guns? Anyway this is great. Nice job. \ Wait, I see it, I thought for first that gun was a sword, silly me. By the way, is that some kinda undead beast?
Zonorhc
By the way, is that some kinda undead beast? No. He only appears slightly inhuman because of the goggles, but that's what I was aiming at. cloak's fairly cool yet longer on one side (his right) is that intentional? Yes. Evened cloak lengths are so overdone. =p Varrock Library: Shattered Sky | Silent Thunder | The Emperor's FinestAstri @ MythWeavers

Blaze The Movie Fan
Yeah, like I said in the bottom line I did notice that quickly, but for the first time I didn't notice it. Sorry for the confusion.
