all you need to know to figure out the time it will be at is your timezone and that the event starts at 7pm UTC

1pm central standard time? as in you live in middle of America? or 1pm, central european as in you live in france, Germany somewhere near that? if it's 1pm America, it'll be (i think) 7pm GMT, thats most likely, as i doubt it's gonna be 1pm Europe, but if it is then thats 12pm GMT
