December 4, 200619 yr Ok, so when I get bored or I can't get on RS coz internet is down, I like to open up paint and start drawing stuff to create images I think r kewl, so one day I decided to make a new 99 fishing achievement cape, I screenprinted the the cape, and started manipulating the pixels to create my own image, I ended up making sum new armour, along with a new cape, and for sum reason I couldn't make the male version armour, I tried but I just couldn't get it right, so here's wot I have so far, plz rate it from 1 - 10 p.s. Imagine the water in the cape below as if it is flowing, and that's what I think the fishing cape's animation should be =)

December 5, 200619 yr I like it but the cape need folds in it to look more like a runescape cape, fish on back of cape looks kind of weriod outlined.
