Thieving, agility arena, anywhere where you don't get hit very often while training.

isnt crab meat a 2hp healer that stacks? ur better off getting those for healing if u dont need the energy boost

i dont see that much use for these candies unless u just wanna do alot of running... super energy pots still shine over these <_<

You can only stack 5 crabmeat per inv slot.

Personally, I think fight caves would be a good use for them.

But it would depend on your strategy. If you're using a "pure" strategy, they'd work great. If you're using guthans or something, they're pretty pointless in there.

They also restore energy, now find a good use for that? :-k

Buying : Irit seeds 1k each, Candantine seeds 5k each, and Kwarum seeds 12k each

I odn't think they're necessary; I rarely use more than 3 brews (I mastered safespotting :P ), and I'd much rather take the defence bonus than the run energy I don't need anyway.

EDIT: Ape Atoll agility training? It heals and gives you energy wich allows for faster training.

Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

Ok posters, the agility part is now clear. jesus, half of threads suggest it?

I personally use them while doing treasure trails since i hate walking and would otherwise use my super energies. from now on i'll stack them up though in case i happen to get 1k of them at some point and would like to try JAD again or something else :)
