Genin
Thieving, agility arena, anywhere where you don't get hit very often while training. It's a camping food I guess lol.

ssenmodnar
isnt crab meat a 2hp healer that stacks? ur better off getting those for healing if u dont need the energy boost i dont see that much use for these candies unless u just wanna do alot of running... super energy pots still shine over these <_<
Zandalf
You can only stack 5 crabmeat per inv slot. Personally, I think fight caves would be a good use for them. But it would depend on your strategy. If you're using a "pure" strategy, they'd work great. If you're using guthans or something, they're pretty pointless in there. Nah kidding about he second one 8-) They also restore energy, now find a good use for that? :-k 100 Combat , 999th to 99 cooking, 99 Fletching, 99 Hunter , 1850+ total Buying : Irit seeds 1k each, Candantine seeds 5k each, and Kwarum seeds 12k each
meb
I odn't think they're necessary; I rarely use more than 3 brews (I mastered safespotting :P ), and I'd much rather take the defence bonus than the run energy I don't need anyway. EDIT: Ape Atoll agility training? It heals and gives you energy wich allows for faster training. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks. ValaraZ
Ok posters, the agility part is now clear. jesus, half of threads suggest it? I personally use them while doing treasure trails since i hate walking and would otherwise use my super energies. from now on i'll stack them up though in case i happen to get 1k of them at some point and would like to try JAD again or something else :) Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant: "If I live, I will kill you, If I Die, you are forgiven." Such is the Rule of Honor.
