I'm guessing that it was cancelled due to lack of entries, but it could just have been taken down while they sort out who got through the first round. That's right, the brainchild behind the project, the entire team working behind it and everyone else involved with OTET were not told of its withdrawal, the deletion of the thread or the removal of the OTET boards.
